Clinical Education

The HAP Foundation provides clinical and professional education programs and trainings to a variety of different audiences, including hospice providers, health care systems, physicians, educational institutions and community-based organizations to support in the professional development and education around the topics of serious illness and end-of-life care. These offerings are focused on both supporting providers who already engage in this care but wish to advance in skills and practice to professionals looking to learn more or perhaps enter this specialty profession.

The HAP Foundation provides an array of educational offerings that suit a variety of different types of need:

  • Consulting services to hospice providers
  • Educational offerings on a variety of topics directly to physician practices, home health providers or other community-based organizations
  • Multi layered training programs to health care systems designed to teach/improve clinical skills for seriously ill and end-of-life patients
