We are gathering all Community Health Workers (CHW), public health strategists, health care leaders, and community activists to join us for a day of learning, networking, and celebration of the achievements of CHWs across the region. Our keynote speaker will be Rev. Dr. Otis Moss III, senior pastor of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, who will discuss public health and social justice reform.
