ADA Paratransit Service/Regional Transit Authority (RTA)

RTA is the government agency created by the State of Illinois to coordinate Chicago’s regional transit system, plan for adequate and accessible transportation, and provide transportation for individuals of all needs in six counties. On 5/1/24, RTA launched a collection of newly designed applications and fare cards for the ADA Paratransit, Ride Free, and Reduced Fare Program with RTA’s Mobility Services Department. RTA allows you to apply online at https://fares.rtachicago.org/ ADA Paratransit also has a new application process.
